摘要: This chapter describes the main classes of biotransformations arenes that have been reported. It is aimed at an audience nonspecialists, and emphasis on biocatalytic methodology can be employed by synthetic chemists large. Transformations using various enzymes are described, including arene dioxygenases, monooxygenases, tyrosinases, cytochromes P450, laccases, C-methyltransferases, prenyltransferases, (de)carboxylases, squalene hopene cyclases, Pictet–Spenglerases, halogenases.
