摘要: A mobile cloud is a collaborative cluster of wireless devices exploiting their multiple air interfaces. It operates cognitively, i.e, collects information from the operating environment, results its own operations etc., and then acts based on observations in order to fulfill needs users. cognitive engine required for decision making learning efficiently exploit available resources. This paper discusses development design scenario investigates practical implemention aspects. Moreover, simulation show advantages this kind scenario.
