摘要: Abstract In view of conventional surfactants, cationic silicon-based gemini surfactants possess three more advantages imparted by unique structure. Therefore, in this paper, a series green (Cm PSi Cm) with different hydrophobic chain length (m = 8, 12, 18) were used sheepskin soaking and dyeing processes firstly. Then the properties after Cm treatment studied their waste bath was analyzed. Meanwhile, traditional scheme (JFC commercial fungicide) dye-fixing agent as comparisons also processes, respectively. The results showed that all performance C12 most outstanding. Antifungal fiber dispersion almost similar to or even better than scheme. conductive remove interfibrillary protein among collagen fibers, but did less damage process. Most importantly, dosage only half scheme, dramatically reducing use resource. Moreover, beneficial absorption fixation dye sheepskin. Compared agent, concentration using decreased notablely from 3.13 mg/L 1.75 mg/L. So can replace leather processes. short, C12PSi kind eco-friendly substance has been presented, which improve antifungal properties, synchronously, reduce environmental pollution provide way for sustainable development cleaner processing.
