摘要: Recent reports suggest that as a marker of progression malignant melanoma, the detection tyrosinase mRNA in blood is limited value. In present study, we investigated whether by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) bone marrow samples might be more useful method for micrometastatic melanoma. The presence was analysed and from 20 melanoma patients with widespread clinical metastases. Of these patients, 12 were negative both marrow. remaining eight had either or marrow: six blood, one but not sensitivity RT-PCR apparently does exceed metastatic patients. This seems to independent prior chemotherapy immunotherapy. contrast different solid tumours, significant reservoir tumour cells.
