摘要: SUMMARY Ras gene mutations have been found with variable prevalence in different tumor types. While during the past decade a lot o f information has accumulated on frequency of ras oncogene activation tumors, last two years brought considerable progress elucidating molecular mechanisms signal transduction for which cellular proteins are key elements. They transmit signals from upstream tyrosine kinases to downstream serinelthreonine ultimately leading changes expression, cytoskeletal architecture, cell-to-cell interactions and metabolism. These signalling pathways interest physiological regulation proliferation differentiation normal, as well cancer tissue. Mutational genes transforming oncogenes is thought promote cell growth even absence extracellular stimuli, may thereby contribute initiation andlor progression tumors.
