摘要: In this work we performed a study of cytokeratin (CK) expression profiling on human artificial oral mucosa developed in vitro by tissue engineering at different stages maturation (from immature to well-developed stages) the protein and mRNA levels. Human was generated laboratory using fibrin-agarose biomaterials. As controls, used native normal embryonic tissues. Our results demonstrated that tissues tended express CK8 CK19. contrast, monolayered bioengineered did not show any CK immunohistochemistry, whereas bilayered multilayered showed several markers stratified epithelia, but CK10. These suggest pattern is strongly dependent state profile our model partially similar non-keratinized adult mucosa. However, suggests these samples correspond an early stage development while kept vitro.
