摘要: Vaginal dryness is a common condition that particularly prevalent during and after the menopause, one of symptoms vulvovaginal atrophy/genitourinary syndrome menopause. The impact vaginal on interpersonal relationships, quality life, daily activities, sexual function can be significant, but frequently underestimated. Furthermore, barriers exist to treatment-seeking, this often underreported undertreated. Greater education about range available treatments essential encourage more women seek help for condition. Personal lubricants moisturizers are effective at relieving discomfort pain intercourse with mild moderate dryness, those who have genuine contraindication estrogen, or choose not use estrogen.
