True lab-in-a-syringe technology for bioassays

摘要: In our work, we introduced a novel concept of the lab-in-a-syringe tests. We solved problem detection in already published LIS tests by putting all reaction and pads directly into syringe barrel. also used more layers to make results visible for users. Two layouts: (i) with using rounded pads-based detection, (ii) rectangular pads, were studied. As proof concept, studied determination Ni(II) dimethylglyoxime as reagent blocking interference Fe(II). The calibrations at optimal conditions has excellent R2 0.998 production costs 0.2 USD per one test.
