摘要: Aim: The purpose of the study was evaluation esthetic and physical changes produced on colored titanium Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V) laser treated surfaces to be used in implant dentistry for success. Materials methods: Colored were obtained with treatment. topographic properties evaluated by stereo, light, electron microscopy profilometric analyses. L*a*b* colorimetric coordinates measured spectrometry, superficial chemical characteristics energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Results: Within complete palette colors, pinks (P1-P2), incarnadine (I), white (W) selected. topography, texture, hues, saturation, roughness, porosity samples compared those machined (M) sand-blasted etched (SBAE) control surfaces. P1, P2, I, similar hue roughness (Ra ≅ 0.5 μm), had a microgroove spacing 56 μm decreasing porosity. W sample “checkerboard” texture light color (L* 96.31) M = 0.32 but different from SBAE 1.41 μm, L* 65.47). Discussion: aspects hard soft tissue could result an failure dental showing dark fixture or abutment. two showed favorable features promote success even maxillary anterior area gingival recession, asymmetry, deficiency. Conclusion: Titanium represent valid alternative currently traditionally interesting potential perspectives management implants’ failure.
