摘要: Abstract Statement of problem The grayish appearance titanium abutments adversely affects peri-implant esthetics in patients with thin mucosa, impacting patient satisfaction implant-supported restorations esthetic regions. Purpose purpose this in vitro study was to change the color alloys anodic oxidation and evaluate alterations esthetic, physical, biological properties anodized alloys. Material methods Pink yellow produced by anodization were experimental groups, untreated alloy zirconia used as control groups. Pig gingiva placed on tested specimens effect recording gingiva. Physical including morphology, chemical composition, roughness, contact angle evaluated scanning electron microscopy, atomic force a analysis system. Biological observing cell behaviors human gingival fibroblasts, using fluorescence live/dead viability assay, counting assay. Results A variety colors can be surfaces at different voltages. Titanium 60 65 V exhibited pink appearances, respectively. Color differences caused lower than those alloy, but they higher zirconia. Compared grain formation, angle, roughness. Cell proliferation, similar Conclusions Anodization could or Grain hydrophilicity increased after treatment. biocompatibility not good that zirconia, treated achieved better alloy.
