摘要: In this work, peptides designed to selectively interact with cellular receptors involved in the regulation of angiogenesis were anchored oligo-ethylene glycol-capped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and used evaluate modulation vascular development using an ex ovo chick chorioallantoic membrane assay. These alter balance between naturally secreted pro- antiangiogenic factors, under various biological conditions, without causing toxicity. Exposure membranes AuNP–peptide activators accelerated formation new arterioles when compared scrambled peptide-coated nanoparticles. On other hand, conjugates able inhibit vivo. We demonstrated that AuNP vectorization is crucial for enhancing effect active peptides. Our data showed first time effective control activation or inhibition blood vessel embryo via AuNP-based formulations suitable selective angiogenesis, which paramount importance applications where promotion growth desirable (eg, wound healing) ought be contravened, as cancer development.
