摘要: To evaluate the relative importance of medical history, physical examination, and laboratory investigations in diagnosis management outpatients some physicians recorded their a prediction method managementafter reading patient's referral letter, again after taking againafter performing examination. These diagnoses predictions were compared with which had been adopted two months initial attendance. A that agreed one finally accepted was made letter history 66 out 80 new patients; examination useful only seven patients, further seven. In six patients whom physician unable to make any examining patient did lead positive diagnosis.
