Early postoperative may a positive effect long-term recovery. The importance providing has been highlighted. It is suggested that remain passive in recovery when they do not understand mobilisation. Design.  study used pretest–post-test design two treatments and usual care control group. Methods.  Eighty-three adults fracture, aged 65 years older, were recruited study. Participants assigned one three groups, group, treatment group 1 (T1) plus basic or 2 (T2) detailed booklet.
