摘要: Abstract Seniors have been found to be the greatest users of health care services, but also a lower ability read and comprehend information navigate system. Health must provided at level in form that is useable for seniors. A study was conducted determine if problem inadequate literacy an issue seniors northern Idaho. Close 30% senior participants needed least supplemental teaching materials written instruction forms normally given upon discharge from hospital. Comparisons with other findings are made suggestions improved or alternate communicating discussed.
