摘要: Quadruple optical ring resonator (QORR) based filter architecture has been analyzed using delay line signal processing and Mason's rule. Very wide free spectral range (FSR) of such is essential in commercial dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM). Vernier principle, one the most effective methods FSR expansion, used to get efficacious 856 THz. Silicon-on-insulator was fabricate microring resonators because its high refractive index () contrast. These contrast materials are useful minimizing bending loss.
