摘要: The adverse events of the nitrogen-containing bisphosphonates are reviewed. Oral (alendronate, risedronate and ibandronate), mainly used for treatment osteoporosis, have been associated with from upper gastrointestinal tract, acute phase response, hypocalcaemia secondary hyperparathyroidism, musculoskeletal pain, osteonecrosis jaw ocular events. Intravenous (pamidronate, ibandronate zoledronic acid), in oncology all above events, except those tract. Moreover, pamidronate acid renal toxicity. Association atrial fibrillation atypical fractures femoral diaphysis remains uncertain. There a few case reports relating to cutaneous reactions, oral ulcerations, hepatitis esophageal cancer. Generally, intravenous more potent than frequency severity some bisphosphonate- dose potency dependent.
