摘要: The changes of enzyme activities, microbial community structure and function, the diversity resistance level antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) were studied in soil during ten repeated treatments with chlortetracycline (CTC) and/or ciprofloxacin (CIP) together organic manure (OM) under laboratory conditions. activities neutral phosphatase (NPA) catalase (CAT) displayed suppression-recovery-stimulation trend OM&CTC treatment but stimulation OM&CTC&CIP treatment. NPA was stimulated CAT little affected OM&CIP Soil functional stimulation-suppression frequency. Metagenomic analysis showed that relative abundances Actinobacteria Firmicutes antibiotic significantly increased by 0.5-235.6%, Proteobacteria decreased 0.2-27.3% compared to control Furthermore, dominant bacterial genera including Streptomyces, Actinomadura, Mycobacterium, Streptococcus 1.1-10433.3% control. Meanwhile, induced a significant increase ARB isolates, especially It is concluded CTC CIP can alter isolates.
