摘要: The proof of the shielding is in testing. Recognizing this “eternal truth,” cable industry has come up with a myriad measurement techniques and procedures, hardware software designs, literature descriptions, test standards, guides, practices. Even quite incomplete bibliography looks intimidating (e.g., see Refs. [97–143]), many more sources exist. Why not just refer to these let users select what they need? However, that’s exactly problem, because practical testing needs are always obvious often cannot be defined certain unique terms. Not only may different evaluation criteria applied as we saw previous chapters but, rule, even measurements can performed same criterion number ways.
