摘要: Despite persistent, and often heroic efforts, the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis remains currently obscure. Beginning with macroscopic experiments Bernard, in which was induced animals by injection olive oil into main pancreatic duct, intensive research has sought ultimate cause this disabling disease. Today, principal focus laboratory investigation been concentrated upon microscopic findings; biochemical alterations occurring either within acinar cells, or alternatively, inter-stitium gland. While such efforts may ultimately enrich our knowledge process human pancreatitis, absence an established pathogenesis, therapy necessarily remained empiric.
