摘要: An apparatus for efficient X-ray conversion. A phosphorescent crystal element which is sensitive to X-radiation, coated with a reflective substance on all its faces except one. X-rays impinging upon single element, or an array of said elements in the uncoated contiguously form emitting surface, cause phosphorescence be internally reflected by coating and emitted from only face, where it can used activate photodetector.
