摘要: A detector for back-scattered electrons includes a scintillator crystal and light-conducting device directing away the secondary radiation to receiver. The is placed against in such way that directed symmetrically two lines of symmetry. symmetry are located plane at right angles one another. In this way, uniform illumination scanned image obtained.
