摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are known to play a regulatory role in various cancers including laryngocarcinoma. MiR-29a-3p is potential tumor-suppressive miRNA, but its function laryngocarcinoma unknown. The purpose of this study was investigate the roles miR-29a-3p Prominin1 (PROM1) predicted as target gene and verified using luciferase reporter assay.
