摘要: Lithium-doped zinc oxide thin films (ZnO:Li) at different percentages (0–4%) were deposited on glass substrates 460 °C using the spray pyrolysis technique. The effect of lithium content structural, morphological and optical properties ZnO:Li was investigated. First, X-ray diffraction study revealed that undoped Li-doped ZnO crystallize in hexagonal wurtzite structure with a preferred orientation crystallites along (002) direction. scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed clear hexagonal-shaped granular onto surface such films. Indeed, averaged grain size, visualized by SEM, varied from 100 nm, for ZnO, to 200 nm 4%. Second, analysis means transmittance reflectance measurements UV–Vis domain, average 75%, while <35% visible range. Moreover, band gap energy, E g, decreased 3.285 3.264 eV as Li increases. On other hand, photoluminescence spectra emission multiple peaks exhibited especially two bands UV regions. Finally, photodetectors superior performance view photocurrent.
