摘要: Under normal physiological conditions there is a dynamic equilibrium between the two opposing systems of coagulation and fibrinolysis. Activation system results in eventual formation fibrin. Fibrin plays an important role as insoluble protein matrix blood clot, tissue repair. fibrinolytic activation plasminogen to plasmin which converts fibrin degradation products.
