摘要: Sperm selection methods are an important challenge in assisted reproduction because most sperm characteristics cannot be tested, either real time or single cells referred to the intracytoplasmic injection (ICSI) procedure. With advent of motile organelle morphology examination (MSOME), now spermatozoa can analyzed under high-magnification without precluding its further use. In this chapter MSOME technique will discussed.
