摘要: Using longitudinal data from 123 newcomers across 12 telemarketing organizations, we examined the role of 2 forms trait curiosity (specific and diversive) as antecedents proximal adaptation behaviors (information seeking positive framing) more distal, in-role extra-role (job performance taking charge). Results suggest that specific predicts information behaviors, whereas diversive promotes framing. also support relationship between framing behavior charge. Overall, study validates a multifaceted individual difference serves an antecedent to newcomer adaptation.
