Epilepsy, antiepileptic drugs, and malformations in children of women with epilepsy: a French prospective cohort study.

摘要: We conducted a prospective study of teratogenic effects antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) in pregnant women with epilepsy southeast France, comparing malformation rates those collected by birth defects registry. evaluated isolated microcephalies separately.
