摘要: We conducted a prospective study of teratogenic effects antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) in pregnant women with epilepsy southeast France, comparing malformation rates those collected by birth defects registry. evaluated isolated microcephalies separately. Malformations were seen 7% infants mothers (IME) and 1.36% the general population. No significant relationship was found between type severity occurrence malformations or microcephaly.
