Instabilite de la calefaction a haute temperature sur un cylindre vertical trempe dans un liquide sous-refroidi

摘要: Resume La destabilisation explosive aleatoire de la calefaction sur une surface solide a 850°C est observee dans l'eau sous-refroidie. Une injection d'eau froide vitesse controlee, au voisinage l'interface liquide-vapeur, provoque cette destabilisation. Suivant les temperatures respectives du et l'eau, necessaire varie 0,10ms −1 2ms . L'etude menee revele l'influence quantitative ces trois parametres conduit un diagramme stabilite calefaction. rugosite, forme geometrique ainsi que position l'aiguille d'injection affectent stabilite. Le regime vaporisation qui suit mouillant haute temperature paroi procure flux chaleur voisin l'ebullition nucleee.
