摘要: Iodine contrast medium is essential in invasive and interventional cardiac procedures. Because of an increasing number coronary angiography procedures, the use media, procedures being performed high-risk patients with chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, failure due to contrast-induced nephropathy remains a growing concern. A sudden change function common complication angiography, percutaneous intervention, primarily because acute injury or nephropathy.
