Design of a dual-channel multi-mode GNSS receiver with a ÜÅ fractional-N synthesizer

摘要: A 72 mW highly integrated dual-channel multimode GNSS (global navigation satellite system) receiver with a UA fractional-N synthesizer which covers GPS L1 and the Compass B1/B2/B3 band is presented. This chip was fabricated in TSMC CMOS 0.18 m process packaged 48-pin 3 mm 2 land grid array scale package. work achieves NF 6 5.3 dB without an external LNA, channel gain D 105 for one (Compass B2 B3 band), 110 two (GPS B1 band). Image rejection (IMRR) 36 dB, phase noise -115.9 dBc @ 1 MHz -108.9 offset from carrier channels separately. At low power consumption, multibands of are compatible chip, easy consumers to use, when different signals received simultaneously.
