摘要: Microsporogenesis, male germ unit formation during pollen germination and tube elongation in pistils were observed on the tetraploid (4X) Hyuganatsu (Citrus tamurana Hort. ex Tanaka).1. In anthers of 4X nearly 25% mother cell (PMC) degenerated, while remaining PMC, 1 to 9 sporads resulted from abnormal meiosis. Thus, size shape pollens not uniform but malformed. Abnormally large small observed. Pollen viability as ascertained by FDA staining procedure was lower than that 2X Hyuganatsu.2. tubes Hyuganatsu, normal consisting 2 sperm nuclei vegetative nucleus formed regularly; 46.4% cultured vitro did contain any even after 22 hr at 30°C.3. When stigmas pollinated with pollens, grew normally through style penetrated ovaries days pollination.
