摘要: Experiments were carried out to obtain further information about self-incompatibility in Hyuganatsu, Citrus tamurana hort. ex Tanaka. The results obtained as follows.1. Using disc electrophoresis, sequential changes buffer soluble proteins and peroxidase isozymes self-pollinated pistils compared with those cross-pollinated Hassaku, hassaku ex. Remarkable differences the band distributions of observed samples from stigmas, styles ovaries at any time within 24 hours after pollination. Differences isozyme between self-and cross-pollinations appeared first ovaries, second last stigmas.2. Several treatments tried search an effective method overcoming self-incompatibility. Self-pollination smearing stigma exudate mature Hassaku flower buds onto stigmas immature Hyuganatsu buds, half length ones, was found be most tried. Repeated pollination for 4 continuous days nearly preceding treatment. With both treatments, a number small seeds, 1/3 size normal developed; these might expected seedless triploids.
