摘要: The cellular and molecular characteristics of a cell line (BME26) derived from embryos the cattle tick Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus were studied. cells contained glycogen inclusions, numerous mitochondria, vesicles with heterogeneous electron densities dispersed throughout cytoplasm. Vesicles lipids sequestered palladium meso-porphyrin (Pd-mP) rhodamine-hemoglobin, suggesting their involvement in autophagic endocytic pathways. phagocytosed yeast expressed genes encoding antimicrobial peptides (microplusin defensin). A cDNA library was made 898 unique mRNA sequences obtained. Among them, 556 not significantly similar to any sequence found public databases. Annotation using Gene Ontology revealed transcripts related several different functional classes. We identified involved immune response such as ferritin, serine proteases, protease inhibitors, peptides, heat shock protein, glutathione S-transferase, peroxidase, NADPH oxidase. BME26 transfected plasmid carrying red fluorescent protein reporter gene (DsRed2) transiently DsRed2 for up 5 weeks. conclude that can be used experimentally analyze diverse biological processes occur R.
