摘要: Abstract The isobaric spin dependence of the real part nuclear potential is investigated. Such a expected theoretically from action Heisenberg forces and exchange effects other forces. When suitably averaged, term prioduces on symmetry number (n−Z) A . has two important practical implications: (i) all proton levels are split into components (ii) (p, n) reactions leading to counterpart target state predicted. “quasi-elastic” have recently been observed. Further data, especially at higher energies, needed help fix strength dependence. Other evidence this gives only general indication its value present.
