摘要: Composition of calcium zinc borosilicate glass has been designed from the viewpoint achieving high thermal expansion for low temperature co-firing ceramic applications. Coefficient (CTE) increased with total percentage CaO plus ZnO up to 70 mol%, and it also CaO/ZnO ratio 50/20 under constraint mol% MgO, beyond which forming was impossible. All CTE behaviors were qualitatively well correlated by prediction Hormadaly's model simple rule mixture based on Appen's constant, while former shown be a better tool quantitative base design composition. Dielectric constant developed generally within range predicted constant. The glass, 50CaO·20ZnO·20B2O3·10SiO2, demonstrated 12.8 × 10−6/K dielectric 13.5. ?>
