摘要: In order to demonstrate axonal connections preserved in rat temporal cortex slices the authors used rhodamine-dextran-amine as a tracer. The contained neocortical areas Te2 and Te3, medial lateral entorhinal cortices (MEC LEC), subicular regions, dentate gyrus hippocampus proper. Rhodamine-dextran-amine crystals were placed by microinjection into given area. Following this local lesioning dye was permitted diffuse migrate intraaxonally antero- retrograde directions for about 8 hours. then formaldehyde-fixed analyzed fluorescence microscopy.
