摘要: Abstract Objective: To investigate the number, location, and secretory products of macrophages in human testes showing normal abnormal spermatogenesis. Design: Evaluation testicular biopsies with use immunohistochemistry, laser capture microdissection, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction. Setting: University research clinical institutes. Patient(s): Infertile men germ cell arrest (n = 10), Sertoli only 8), or mixed atrophy 7) syndromes, cases idiopathic infertility spermatogenesis 8). Intervention(s): Diagnostic biopsy was performed on participants. Main Outcome Measure(s): We recorded distribution, cytokine expression macrophages. Result(s): CD68-positive were found all groups analyzed. These expressed genes for interleukin 1 tumor necrosis factor-α, located interstitium, tubular wall, lumen. In overall macrophage number increased over twofold. pathologic states, there a significant shift these cells from interstitium to tubules. Conclusion(s): Our study suggests that numbers directly (via phagocytosis) indirectly paracrine actions exerted through their products) are involved regulation steroidogenesis, activity, survival, and, consequence, pathogenesis maintenance states testes.
