摘要: Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins constitute a protein family of six members (IGFBP-1 to -6), which bind insulin-like factor (IGF)-I and -II with high affinity thereby regulate the mitogenic metabolic activities IGFs (Jones Clemmons, 1995). Many tumours neoplastic cell lines produce IGFBPs (Werner LeRoith, 1996) there is ample evidence for presence membrane-bound in tumour (Muller et al., indicating existence specific receptors IGFBPs. Increased levels IGFBPs, particular IGFBP-2, are found serum from patients Wilms’ (Zumkeller 1993). The germ has not yet been investigated systematically no data available on intratubular cells presenting early stages (carcinoma-in-situ (CIS)).
