摘要: Resume Objectifs Etudier les consequences de la polyarthrite rhumatoide (PR) sur trajectoire professionnelle des patients, l’employabilite et productivite. Methode Une etude transversale retrospective a ete conduite en 2012–2013 en France aupres d’un echantillon patients atteints âges moins 60 ans activite ou non, soit recrutes lors d’une consultation rhumatologie, adherents Association nationale malades (ANDAR). Les questions portaient le retentissement fonctionnel PR mesuree par score Health Assessment Questionnaire son impact l’activite professionnelle. Resultats Quatre cent quatre-vingt-huit ont interroges. Parmi eux, 364 patients (74,6 %) etaient (actifs employes), 31 (6,4 %) recherche d’emploi 93 (19,1 %) sortis du marche travail. actifs employes avaient un âge moyen 48,9 ans 82,1 % femmes. Dans ce groupe, duree moyenne maladie etait 11,6 ans fortement correle aux differentes formes pertes productivite : arrets travail, cessation temporaire definitive d’activite, passage contraint au temps partiel reclassement professionnel. d’emploi, perte liee dans plus moitie cas (54 %). Conclusion d’incapacite associees sont directement liees l’importance fonctionnel.
