摘要: A reflective liquid crystal display such as an AMLCD includes array of pixels located over a surface silicon substrate, with light transmissive regions being between the pixels. The structure two metal layers and substrate surface, segments one layer extending in first direction to form row electrodes LCD other second substantially perpendicular column LCD. In order block that would otherwise pass through this manner, light-blocking function is provided withouth need for separate blocking or shading layer.
