摘要: Anterior lesser curve seromyotomy with posterior truncal vagotomy (ASPTV) provides a simple, safe and expeditiously performed method of denervating the parietal cell mass, whilst preserving pylorus. Dumping diarrhoea are uncommon after this procedure. Gastric emptying has been assessed ASPTV other elective operations for duodenal ulcer.
