Transient Stability Improvement of a Conventional Power System by Superconducting Fault Current Limiter

摘要: Occurrence of faults in a power system causes transients which decrease transient stability that system. Superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is promising solution to reduce and control this (short circuit current) inevitable electric systems due growing interconnection electrical systems. In paper, simulated proof the capability SFCL improving revealed. At first model designed using simulink. Then, introduced so-called three phase After that, taken under different conditions investigate for each. Finally, it shown from simulation result has improved.
