摘要: Novel ZnO nanostructures composed of ⟨0001⟩-oriented porous were prepared on indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates from ⟨001⟩-oriented zinc hydroxychloride (ZHC) crystals. The ZHC crystals obtained by simple electrochemical deposition layer-by-layer (LbL)-coated ITO in aqueous solution and transformed into via calcination air. X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy used to characterize the ZnO. well-faceted LbL-coated had hexagonal-plate shapes with diameters 3–7 μm exhibited strongly simonkolleite crystal structures. at 450–550 °C for 1 h air led formation comprising nanocrystals ∼50 nm while maintaining original shapes.
