摘要: Abstract The easy method to construct c-axis oriented zinc oxide (ZnO) layer directly attached onto a transparent conducting substrate was studied. On the assumption that anionic organic functional groups serves as directing group for Zn2+ ion, poly(sodium p-styrenesulfonate) (PSSNa) immobilized ITO surface by layer-by-layer (LbL) process, and ZnO electrodeposited modified surface. Nucleation of crystals induced LbL treatment nucleated were aligned toward . gradually formed film electrolysis progressed maintaining crystal alignment, resulted in (0 0 1)-oriented continuous film. obtained more uniform, exhibited intense photoluminescence at UV region than those deposited on bare ITO. Also, present orientation selective nucleation revealed be utilized seed well nanopillar array.
