摘要: Abstract Electrodeposition is emerging as a method for the synthesis of semiconductor thin films and nanostructures, especially chalcogenides oxides. An overview evolutions researches in this area, function time material category (IV, III–V, II–VI), first given. Then key aspects electrodeposition semiconductors, particular important role free energy formation compounds process, are recalled. Selected results area deposition chalcogenide oxides, with focus on CdTe, ZnSe, ZnO CuInSe2, presented. The interplay between precursor film by post annealing treatment pointed out. Increasing quality will reduce need high temperature annealings allow to built new materials structures, playing fragile molecules templates.
