摘要: Abstract Innovation systems theory stresses the central importance of knowledge and transfer between different actors an innovation system, yet there are no methodological tools to systematically analyse dynamics such relationships. In this paper, we propose a multi-disciplinary approach drawing on social psychology integrate theory. We focus empirical efforts for validating in water sector. Although Water Operator Partnerships conceptualised share best practices via transfer, our findings based evidence indicate clear points consensus as well issues conflict operators engaged partnerships. The results qualitative differences goals sources asymmetries motivations, pressures capabilities process.
