ADAMTS4 is upregulated in colorectal cancer and could be a useful prognostic indicator of colorectal cancer

摘要: Objective ADAMTS4 is a member of the family, which secretes proteinases. The mechanism tumor metastasis may be correlated to its promotion angiogenesis. It was determined whether participates in colorectal cancer progression. Methods expression clinical samples and CRC cell lines investigated. Using immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH), RT-PCR, tumors different stages anatomic sites, three aggressiveness. Results overexpression observed tissue by IHC, this mainly located cytoplasm, as detected FISH. qRT-PCR western blot analyses further supported sample findings. Conclusion present data support notion that might useful non-invasive biomarker for detecting patients.
