摘要: Abstract Exploiting humidity-buffering materials for air humidity control is of vital necessities. Novel porous ultrathin NiO nanosheets as effective were successfully synthesized with a simple, low-cost and high-yield method. It exhibits ultrahigh water vapor adsorption-desorption performance at room temperature, which superior to both commonly used conventional most reported novel ones. The excellent adsorption capacity can be attributed its unique structures. Numerous mesopores relatively large diameter volume largely decrease molecules diffusion resistance increase space. Moreover, the structure lead more sufficient contact between adsorbents provide great specific surface area, further facilitate adsorption. potential has been explored carefully first time this work also sheds light on rational design efficient control.
