摘要: Abstract We start with a brief presentation of the dielectric formalism used to calculate energy loss high-energy electrons (100 keV) passing through random system polarizable spheres embedded in homogeneous matrix. The is then extended case traveling parallel slab finite thickness which either ordered or disordered collections are embedded. For an cubic array, calculated energy-loss spectra compared those alternative theory. we find using recursive Green's function method and compare our results available experimental data as well extension semiclassical-infinite-barrier (SCIB) model. Finally, discuss relevance work trends for future research.
