摘要: Abstract The effect of single and repeated (19 days) intragastric ethanol administration on prodynorphin mRNA α-neoendorphin levels in the hippocampus rat was studied using situ hybridization RIA methods, respectively. Single had no either these two parameters. Repeated decreased both immunoreactive (ir-) (by ca. 37%) 57%) levels. Two days after last dose changes ir-α-neoendorphin tissue content were found, whereas level remained 44%). These results suggest that evokes a long-lasting decrease biosynthesis hippocampal prodynorphin, this may play some role ethanol-induced deficiency neuronal functions.
